Description
Podophllum x Spotty Dotty is an exotic hybrid related to May Apple. The Upright stems appear in Spring, bearing hugh, unbrella shaped, green-chocolate blotched leaves. At maturity "Spotty Dotty" plants produce deep garnet-red flowers and fleshy fruits. Definitely a woodland garden species, best in rich moist soils.
