I hope that through introducing a great range of new, rare and unusual plants we can inspire nurseryman, horticulturists and home gardeners alike to dispel their myths or fears about gardening with a difference.

Magnolias are a passion of mine and all have a place in Australian gardens. I hope by showcasing many new cultivars we can put magic into every garden. Watch for magnolia ‘Butterflies’ a beautiful yellow and the aptly named ‘Royal Purple’. Redbuds (Cercis) are beautiful hardy small trees. Cercis canadensis ‘Avondale’ with its classy clusters of deep pink flowers or Cercis canadensis ‘Forest Pansy’s magnificent purple heart leaves.

Yamina Rare Plants has modern propagation facilities and produces specialist grafted, cutting grown and seedling raised varieties. We can supply rooted cuttings through to 20cm pots in a huge range, or tailor to your specific commercial needs.

It is our mission to grow great, accurately named and labelled plants, and to offer expert advice and service, as Yamina Rare Plants has done for the last 50 years.
